About us

Catholics @ Work OC helps people close the gap between their faith and their work. The organization features individuals who are successfully addressing challenging workplace issues by applying work principles from the Gospel and Christ's example. We see members and guests desire to explore virtue and to influence family and culture for the betterment of every human being.

We invite you to attend one of our breakfast forums and see first-hand how Catholics at Work OC can help you on your journey. Decide for yourself if you want to become a member.

Breakfast forums

The breakfast series is held on the second Thursday of the month, eight times per year (February–May and September–December). Each breakfast runs from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM and is a great way to network with people who are also looking for purpose and leadership.

Mass is offered before breakfast at 6:30 AM for those who wish to attend. Catholics at Work OC is proud to have Father Glen Baaten of the Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter as our chaplains for the monthly prayer breakfast series.

Young Catholics @ Work OC is a digital networking group for young Catholic professionals, aged 21-35, and is geared toward recent college graduates and young business people. Young Catholics at Work OC is proud to partner with the Orange County chapter of Young Catholic Professionals to serve the live networking needs of our young adults.

Made 4 More Conferences

Made 4 More Catholic Men's Conferences are a collaboration between Catholics @ Work OC, Dynamic Catholic Institute, and Catholic Men’s Fellowship of California. The organization hosts half day conferences on Saturday mornings for Catholic men who are interested in growing in holiness by being the men that God created them to be.

The goal of Made 4 More is to provide contemporary Catholic Men with a transformative experience -- one that will lead participants to a deeper and more personal relationship with Jesus Christ and his bride, the Church. Made 4 More does this with a four hour encounter which presents engaging speakers who are tops in their field and address real, tangible issues that many men can identify with.

National Organization

The Catholic Professional & Business Clubs, Inc., is a national non-profit organization which serves as the support entity to the regional and diocesan chapter ministries.

The first chapter club was founded in 1990 in Santa Rosa, California. Chapter clubs host monthly breakfast and/or lunch meetings with a speaker who shares their faith-filled message demonstrating that faith and business ethics need not be mutually exclusive terms. Through the blessings of the Holy Spirit, CP&BC chapters have continued to grow throughout the nation.

The national CP&BC organization was incorporated in 2003, and supports the chapters by providing an annual national conference, formation advising, speaker sources, and various other support services.
